Oakdale

This project consists of alterations and extension to an existing three storey dwelling to modernise the accommodation. The works include a single storey extension with vaulted roof linking the existing kitchen which was full refurbished along with the utility room to the lounge to form a large entreating open plan living space to the dwelling flooded with natural light and with view out to the rear garden, and golf course beyond. At first floor a new master bedroom suite with en-suite and dressing room was formed along with other works through the property inside and out.

The contractor Peck Mill Projects did a fantastic job with the build along with excellent work including a kitchen form Stuart Frazer and bathrooms from Bespoke Bathrooms & Interiors Ltd.
