This project was to create and open plan kitchen living designing space. The property was extended to the rear and the new space opened to form a large living space with strong physical and visual connections to the rear garden. The use of a vaulted ceiling with several rooflight and a gable window flood the room with light.
The contractor Peck Mill Projects Ltd did a fantastic job with the build. As with all projects it’s the client who make it truly great.

With a couple of changes to the drawings James produced just what we wanted.
